Is Anyone Here Musical?

Any of you guys play any instruments? I play a little guitar, and picked it up again this week after not really playing much for a year. Anyone else like to shred on an axe, or slap da bass?

Yep. I play bass, guitar and drums.

Like any good Chinese boy, in addition to martial arts for many, many years, I also took piano lessons. I can still somewhat read music, but haven't played in quite awhile. I also had about a 3 year stint playing bass a bit, but I'm not the pro that Derek is.

Never learned to play any musical instrument. I sing a bit (in my car), but I probably sound more like Willam Hung than Adam Lambert.

Nice Strat. Yeah, I started playing drums in the early 60's and guitar about 4 years later. I've toured the south
playing in the late 60's with my band. I play guitar now more then drums because it's just too much of a pain setting
them up and not having enough room to leave them set up. It's easier to just plug a guitar in. I also play a little bit
of keyboards, and bass, etc.

Played piano and learned to read music in elementary school. Picked up trumpet in 5th grade and played thru high school (yes, a band geek ). Picked up 6-string guitar in high school. I never played it by reading music, definitely more by ear. In college and law school, I decided to take up drums and played a gig and jammed a lot with some guys while in law school. I broke out my 6-string a few months ago. It definitely needs some electrical work on it - so does my Marshall amp. I actually went and priced a few 6-strings, and fell in love with a Jackson with EMG humbuckers.
