The dial colors are nice, everything else sucks.

The case & bezel are like 1/2 sumo, 1/2 BASM. :)

Dial is nice but hands are too black I think, could use different shape too. Rest seems nice but I would make the case curved a bit to follow the wrist shape a bit more.

Answers like this appreciated, and the reason I wouldn't ask over there.

I was going to say the same thing: Doxa.
Also, check out the Zixen for sale here. I've owned 2 and the quality is excellent. Probably on par with Crepas, or close.

Just make sure you get a men's size Doxa, not the ladies version you had before.

I saw it, Jay, but I prefer a SS bezel with an orange dial.

I had the orange dial Sumo and did not like the black/orange combo.

Doxa, again?

:think:

Not a bad option, but I don't "need" an orange dial if it co$t$ that much.

I like the case, but hate the dial. It's very clumsy looking in execution. The 5, 20, etc looks particularly bad.

Assuming its going to be a sensible price its not too bad,we have all seen a lot worse i'm sure. Like most new watches we see these days,this one seems the usual mix of other popular watches,and why not :shrug: . The Miyota movement is good and we are going to see that one in a lot more watches. Only thing that i really dont like about it is the hands,they are awful.

I think this dude had some quality issues with his watches. I had the chronograph back in the day, and it was not particularly well made, even by my lower standards back then.

Yellow dial is nice, but:

1 - Hands might be SS, not black painted;

2 - The lugs, yes, which look like Sumo's;

3 - Minute markers at 5 minute intervals on the dial is a deal breaker;

4 - Day / date would be a winner.

If I get serious, the Stowa Seatime is an option, too.

How about the new offering from H2O? I know they don't get much love around here but it looks pretty nicely finished.

Doxa all the way for orange, I love the 800Ti. Otherwise the Stowa Pro Diver or Seatime would be my choice to add some color.
Current:
Oris Aquis Depth Gauge
Oris Aquis Titan Small Second
Doxa SUB 800Ti Professional
Korsbek Oceaneer
Boschett Harpoon
MTM Black Patriot

Are you strictly looking for divers? What about pilots?

The Kalmar, Chris?

Looks interesting, but the "orange" doesn't not look orange.

They have two orange dials. One is too bright but the second one looks pretty nice.
