They are obviously very similar, but the 15 just feels like it has additional refinement in the small details. Definitely worth the extra$$. I was working towards customizing my 007 to look 'like' the 15 but it still wasn't the same. The extra details like the perfectly engraved matte bezel insert, signed crown, silver surrounds on the dial markers, brushed hands and terrific bracelet really put it over the top. 007 seems like more of a rugged tool which looks great on a Nato, while the 15 is the culmination of all of Seiko's knowledge to date into the ultimate quartz professional diver.justsellbrgs wrote:Nick.... how do you like the 15 compared to the 07?
I was under that impression as well. I know Higuchi is an authorized AD.Ryeguy wrote:Question on Seiya - my understanding is he is more of a "broker" than an AD. Did your warranty card come stamped from an AD in the unlikely event you would need Seiko service? Just curious as I am in the market and am weighing my options.
As a quick aside, I asked Higuchi for a quote and had a response within 24 hours. I'm deciding between Seiya, Ian and Higuchi.
Not for me, big hassle so ended up having the pusher repaired myself...toxicavenger wrote:Seiya rocks, if you ever have a problem he will take care of any of the warranty issues.
I just had the watch repaired myself, from a local AD and sold it with full disclosure.marchone wrote:I remember when that happened. I did not follow your resolution.
