It is a remarkable deal at around $200.

I paid $210 from Bluedial.com It's a huge improvement over the slightly lower cost SKX007/009.

Yet to try it on Nylon. The long lugs would stand out beautifully against a black nylon strap.

I noticed your Triangle is not aligned either. Weird. Or not.

I'll snap a pic for you. It's not AP quality brushing but it's there.

I didn't notice it until you mentioned it. I just checked and there is definitely more white on the left side of the pip. At first I thought it was just the angle of the photo.

Nice C, I like this one a lot.

What movement? 7s26?

Looks great on nylon shorty.

7S36. Supposedly made exclusively in Japan and an extra two jewels. Compared to the 7S26 which is made in a Manhattan Sweat Shop with 2 fewer balls, err, jewels.

Really do like those Stargates.

I remember when these rolled out, the Seiko fan boys went nuts.
Now, you don't see much of these any more.

Great looking diver. Looks great on many strap options.
IIRC, the misaligned pip thing was an issue.

Great pics as usual C.
Enjoy the Stargate.

Great pics and cool watch Cesar. I wonder if a guy could drop in that 4R15 (?) movement out of the new Monsters, to get hack & wind capability?

I doubt you'll be missing hack and hand wind when you buy these Seikos. It's realistically no big deal.

About the images... they're taken on a 10 year old Canon 10D with only 6.3 mega pixels. The lens is just a standard 50mm f1./8 Nothing fancy.

I bought the white dial Stargate twice. Great watch... Love your version with the all black bezel. I agree it would be nice to have one with the 4R movement. Thats a mod that I would love to do to my PMMM (although is not cost efficient).
