I agree and there is a chance it may end up on the caseback only.

Maybe version 0.8, since it's smaller.

Yeah, Keith at Boschett (who is a great guy BTW) told me he is looking at possibly removing the logo from the dial. But there were a couple other design elements that ended up in the final design that didn't float my boat either. I'm moving on.

I like Boschett but that thing is hideous. So many ugly aspects to it I don't know where to start.

'watchuseek.com' on the back... does the caseback have any more space?

+1 Dom how could they do this thing from scratch and end up with such a poor end link config?

The bracket looks solid maybe could be used on a diver with hooded lugs? What's the width and will the be avalible seperatly. The rest of the watch :nutkick: suxs

Backward D drives me crazy on the crown and dial! :banghead: if they would have used small case d it would have been perfect on the crown dWP! On the dial just go with DWP! Someone put alot of hard work into one butt-ugly watch, butt (pun intended) :bootyshake: thats what makes watch collecting so much fun!

i kinda like it, the case design is awesome, original, not a homage or off shelf design. Love the bezel, especially how they do the engraving and lume placement. i can live with the WUS symbol. the bracelet couldve been better with fitted endlinks but i have to respect the designers vision on using straight links. My question is, wat did boschett contribute to this watch project? Fidel did the designs, Rhino started the hype/marketing. boschett took PO money which probably cover the cost of the whole project and more. Boschett just handed the money and plans to longio who i believe is building this watch. Perhaps fiedel and rhino r on boshcetts payroll? Well if they arent yet they bloody darn well should. This fidel guy has talent, props!

Not a fan of the lug design on any level, the WUS logo puts it over the top for me.

It actually looks like a Nascar race car with all the logos and the URL's on the back at this point........

To each his own....I actually like it. I like chubby chicks with a pretty face and a big rack  as well though. Maybe my taste is "straight out the trailer" :neener: but Can I get my Koolade in the sugar-free version? :koolaid: (I've also requested I be burried face down when I die so the world can kiss my ass!) :bird:

I pulled out of the project yesterday.

It really had little to do with the logo on the dial.

I just wasn't comfortable with the money sitting there while I was waiting to see what ultimately is created...

guess I am not really a gambler.

Did the same thing.

All this weirdness with the before and after, the sudden "take it or leave it" attitude, and me without a job, I just couldn't throw $300 into the ocean and hope it comes back next year.

What I don't get is that the discussion has been going on for 9 months. And only NOW are things starting...
