The picture HAnk posted, looks like the watch is Photoshopped onto a wrist.

It kind of does look Photoshopped, but I'm not sure. There is a shadow on the wearer's arm to the left of the watch and what appears to be some reflections on the arm from the case to the right of the watch that seem consistent with the placement of the light source, since the crown/bezel on the right shows reflections and the left side of the watch is in shadow. But I could be completely wrong.

I doubt it's photoshopped and it may be legit. She did say to me that she would prefer a face to face here.
If I had the $ on the ready I meet her to check it out.

I don't think so. Looking at the skin you can see where the watch bracelet has intendented the skin in a prior position. skin is wrinkled ahead of the crown the flash has caused metal flare reflection on the skin just above the crown.
Who ever took the picture enhanced it with a crude sharpening tool hence the superimposed effect.
