I'm not a legal guy, so I can't make any educated guess on what might happen, but I can say it doesn't make Omega a more appealing brand in my mind.

I read the article and I get the impression that Omega have snobbish tendencies. Maybe they ought to vet prospective customers so as not to attract the riff-raff. I'm not a legal guy either, just my interpretation of the article.
