I was all ready to go- house to myself, cracked open a coors lite, sat down at the computer with a bottle of lotion, put the web browser in private mode- then.... Oh, forgot my zenrag. So
I had to walk all the back upstairs to get it.

Yup...Chief, Sport, Little fella...respond to an innocent offer with an arrogant, Zenrag attitude and you may get any one of those. If the response was 'No, don't even ask" or "What makes you think I would sell it", okay! But the condescending, I have 2000 more posts than you attitude was BS.

What do you think Cesar? That's like Cesar Millan, right?? :naughty:

Listen Chief....I think its pathetic you started this thread in the first place.

You solicited a member of the great and powerful WUS, ...one with many many more posts than you, :monkeypiss: showing interest in his watch and saying you would buy if he ever wanted to sell.

What the fuck is wrong with you Sport?

Just completely uncalled for.

Listen up, Little Fella,....you have some re-evaluating to do , on how you act!

His original reply to "Ecozilla Chief" JDC222 is disrespectful. Whatever happened after that was relative IMO.

He also replied to one of my posts yesterday with a condescending attitude. Of course the post in question was a troll post so I decided not to drag it further.

Hey TC,

I'm guessing this is tongue in cheek, which is all cool, but lets remember how the whole thing started; Dave simply expressed an interest in one of Zenrag's watches, then Zenrag gave him attitude which prompted the "little fella" comment.....

One of the many nice things about DWC is how we can vent about our interactions elsewhere.

Zenrag started it off.

I was just making use of all the condescending words and being a smartass .

I don't think that's BS. In our world alot happens in a few months. You decided it was time to sell , and you gave him first crack. He decided no . So you just put it up for sale. I don't think that's a big deal really.
Gotta agree with this ^^^^. A lot can happen in a couple of months....

The way things JDC222 has indicated how things have transpired is definitely not true. I can post my PM messages if you want. However, I am not sure if it is kosher to discuss what happens at another forum (or PMs) as this tends to get out of control in both forums.

1) I politely told him I was not interested in selling... Very calm, very rational.

2) Next PM back to me, he proceeded to dismiss my PM and then decided to proceed forward and ask for a deal, including asking price for the watch.

3) Next PM back, I yet again told him I wasn't interested

4) Next PM back from JDC222 was with a comment that I was some freeky individual or something.

5) It was the third PM back to him is when I used a couple of expletives to the guy to lay off.

More than happy to post my PM messages if you want?

There are always two sides to the story....

Isn't the way it transpired JDC222? I have had more than a few great dealings with other members in our city, but you wouldn't lay off.

Here you go, I copied and pasted from my PM's....exact.

Yeah... Not at all contemplating it.
It is a very hard one to find..... and due to its rarity, it likely will go for a high price (like $1100 to $1200 plus). It was customized by a Swedish Watch forum owner.
But most Certina's have been customized for their dials and hands. Apparently the original dial and hands don't have very good lume.

Cheers!

Dude! I have no idea what you are asking!!!
Per my message. Not interested in selling (usually that means that trades are not considered as well).
