a very vintage Aquadive Xmas :)

Post by gr8sw » Tue Dec 25, 2012 7:25 am

met up with the original owner of this Aquadive 1000 yesterday and ended up with it on my wrist  says he had 17 freshwater dives with it in Lake Michigan and then it sat in his safe since 1978... almost looks new! Ref# 715-1, I haven't found too many of these while googling around... similar case to the 702 Caribbean but a bit larger... and original bracelet too! a Merry Xmas indeed

cheers,
Peter

You just keep coming up with these rare beauties, Peter. Congrats!

Looks to be fairly thick as well. Very cool case.

Either way, very hot! Congrats

Wow...That is not only rare, that is almost impossible to find. The 715 Caribbean is much harder to find than the 702, especially due to the bigger 42mm case. CONGRATULATIONS !!! Have never seen one like this, great conditions and with original papers, and I love Caribbeans.
Happy new year from Portugal,
Dirk
