I agree, that looks great. Mine will only see nato straps.

Here's my Tsunami. I've actually modded it a bit. Changed the hands and chapter ring. Also ditched the XW bracelet for a Super Oyster with MM clasp.

Thanks hoppy! I've since changed it... to another red secs. You'll find you love your T more and more. Can't beat the classic black too. Nice pick up. If you're after a brushed/polished one I'd get one sooner rather than later. The prices keep going up and up.

Oh my! That looks amazing. Never really considered a BOR for the T... it's perfect! What clasp comes with it anyway?

I'm counting on it. I just sold a PVD Bone Frog for $750. I was shocked.

Thanks guys! I'll have #19 by Friday night and will post photos then. The watch overall seems to present much higher than the prices would suggest, even at $750. I was planning to grab another Shogun, add a sapphire and SKX handset, and call it good (and still may) but that would be a $1300-1500 setup new (hard to find used) and I get all that and classic 6309 style for less than half the price. Winner!

Bone Frogs are easily the most sought after and valuable of all Tsunamis. Wish I had one!
What about the Typhoon? I'm stoked for a 6105 from Dagaz.

I should have asked for $1000. The way they lined up for that one at $750 I bet someone will pay it. Luckily I have another.

Bet you could get a grand for a Froggie. Hold on to it and you might get more than that in a few years.

Today I received #19 from Dave (DaveT, from this thread; viewtopic.php?f=17&t=23464 )

First off, I must say this; Dave was very kind - he included standard shipping and when I asked to upgrade to Priority Mail, he agreed at no extra cost. To my surprise, he actually shipped it Express Mail which must have cost more than double the price of Priority and I received it overnight. To Dave I say, "Thank You VERY MUCH kind Sir!" The packaging was also over the top (kinda reminded me of how my late grandmother used to wrap Christmas presents....hey Dave, are you a grandma? LOL!)

Photos will be posted shortly, on NATO of course, but I'm not letting this one get away from me. The differences between this one (#19) and my prior one (#57) appear to be; #19 is brushed/polished case & knurled crown with "F", whereas #57 is light/bright beadblast finish with a scalloped crown. Both are great watches and I'm thrilled to be back in the club, with another Tsunami in da house!

Thanks Dave!

Please pardon any rain spots on the photos, it's yet another cold and miserable day in the Pacific Northwest :gayumbrella:

Oh my! What a lovely T. Just looks so "right" with the classic black dial. To me the triple grip and Fuller tech crown are a must as well. Quite a combo you've got now. Enjoy them both!

Patrick, I ordered the upgraded clasp from Harold and I think he charged an extra $10.

Pretty sure the standard clasp is your basic flip lock style.

Oh, it also rocks on the Tuna! :headbang:

Wow, you got it already? And "no" not a grandma...lol... spent a few summers working in a shipping department when I was younger

Take care of this one for me, part of the deal was I call dibs if you ever decide to sell

Thought it might be that one... Make sure the screws that hold in the push buttons are tight. Had one fall out and disappear. Harold sent me another but it takes forever anymore. Nearly 2 weeks these days!
And it does rock on the Tuna!

Jake just scored 100 NE15 movements and says he's making more Tsunamis! Didn't say when but said they'd be up in the store soon. Anybody who's missed out previously keep an eye on 10watches.com.

Is that the best place to get updates? I'd be bummed if I missed another chance.

I like that they were able to make that style of clasp with micro adjustments. Omega pay attention.

There was an orange Tsunami posted for sale on the Dagaz website, so Jake has started posting them.

He told me they will only be posted on the site, no reservations or Pre-orders.

Email Jake and tell him you want one. Bet he'd work something out. Otherwise check 10watches.com periodically. Gotta be quick cause they're gonna go fast. Good luck!

I contacted Jake the day you posted about more coming out. He advised that he gets so many requests it wouldn't be fair, so he's only going I post the pieces on his website as they become available. The best way to get one is to check his site often.
