I've been looking at some vintage stuff ...
and noticed that a lot of the Tudors and Rolex vintage watches have the hollow, folded link bracelets. How do you adjust one of these?

I found the folded bracelets kind of uncomfortable for me. Swapped it out immediately and sold it off to a sucker (Adam)

All joking aside, Terry is right... You use the punch to coax the u shaped link pin out a little then the pliers to pull it the rest of the way out... To put it back in, a small jewelers hammer on a hard rubber surface works.
