Yeah, I was wearing Grasshopper's at Red Bar last night and wondering why I sold my .861 all those years ago and why I'm dragging my ass when it comes to picking up a .321.
One of these days...
Regards,
Adam

Seawolf is perfect for what it is, but alll the vintage love going on here has gone to my head. A nice T dial Rolex sports watch is not in the cards anytime soon, I need a chrono, plexi...it all adds up. I guess we'll see if I can find anything. I'll be happy keeping the wolf if that's what happens.

Other than the movement being an absolute pain in the nuts to work on, I gotta say that Speedies pretty damn cool. And I'm not an Omega fan, either. Nice photo, Roar.

To me the Speedy is the perfect watch, bar none. Vintage or modern you can't go wrong with it. Now all you Rollie and AP fanbois may see it differently but what can I say....you're wrong. Roar's got it right with that combo right there. Finally a Norseman with sense...eventhough he is a bit "midget-y"!

I don't know what took me so long to finally get mine. Stupendous watches. If you like tritium, get one from the '90s for about what you'd pay for a modern 3570.50. They look pretty damn close to what you would have bought 40 years ago.

Dave-thanks for all of your advice on these a couple of months ago.

Nice wristshot! So yeah, tips for hunting? I'm just looking for an 861 at this point.

Foolishly sold my first Speedmaster to fund another watch and missed it the moment I shipped it. Recently got another and couldn't be happier.
