Question for Speedmaster Experts
Question for Speedmaster Experts
I've always wanted to try a Speedy, but, I'm no Omega expert. I have a chance to get a LE w/the Co-Axial / Enamel Dial. I know there is talk on the forums about the Co-Axial movement being good? bad? OR would the newer version w/the 9300 movement be a better option. Thoughts??
Re: Question for Speedmaster Experts
Not that this is helpful, but the new 9300 Speedmaster is absolutely stunning in person.

The 9300 is awesome but the price is sky high....I'd buy a 3570, 3572 or even a Broadarrow in a heartbeat...
Re: Question for Speedmaster Experts
IMO, the manual Speedmasters are the only ones worth owning.
Re: Question for Speedmaster Experts
Thanks for the replies. I passed on the deal. I know I would prefer the manual wind versions more. But that new 9300 movement does look sweet!

Isn't the 3313 based on a Piguet movement?Chauncy7 wrote:This one had the auto 3313.dshap wrote:I thought that LE had a manual Piguet movement?
And though Omega claims all is fixed, I'd probably steer clear of the 3313 movement unless you were getting a steal on the watch and/or really, really loved it.
