Speedie Pro bracelet sizing

Post by abuemily » Sun Jun 17, 2012 4:46 am

Omega dudes, just purchased a new to me Speedmaster Pro (2004 vintage). It's awaiting my arrival back in the States and I'll need to bring the appropriate weapons/tools to size the bracelet if I want to wear it there. Does the bracelet use the same pin/collar setup to remove links as the PO?

No one? C'mon, don't make me go WUS. I had such hopes here.

Just a regular sizing tool will work. A long pin pusher will work too. I've used a paperclip too in a pinch. You just need a hard surface to push the pins back in.

That would explain the use of NATO and rubber straps.

Speedie Pro bracelet sizing

The pin and collar setup is a real PITA. I have a cheap tool kit from Amazon and it has a few different tools to size it. A little fancier than a brad nail and hammer, but the same concept.
