Newbie question about for sale forum

Do I have to be a member for a certain period of time before I can list my Luminox Deep Dive watch for sale? I do not see on there how to make a new post?? Thanks!

Sales Forum Rules:

1) Post clear pictures that portray the current condition of the items for sale.
2) Post a clear asking price for sales items and a trade value for trade items.
3) Post a clear indication on preferred shipping destinations and whether additional charges may apply.
4) Provide an accurate description of the items offered for sale or trade including the current condition.
5) You must have a minimum of 25 posts here at DWC before posting a sales ad. There is no automatic filter to enforce this requirement, so any for-sale post that is made by a member with fewer than 25 posts will be deleted by a moderator and a PM will be sent reminding you of these rules.

if you want to post pics you should go to Photobucket or Imageshack and
create an account and then upload your pics...

Click on the IMG link in Photobucket or the Forum link in Imageshack and copy..

The come back to DWC and paste it in your post...

Best guys around in DWC and these guys know their watches...
