afflicted the DWC membership.
Yet, I realized I missed the one I had and gave away and knew I would "have to" own one again.
Looked at posts here (informative) and at WUS (overwhelming) and looked several times at
what eBay had to offer (astounding).
After some reflection, I realized I wanted a G-Shock to wear on occasions I did not care what happened
to the watch I was wearing. I did not want it to compete for wrist time with the other watches that I would like
to wear more often. So, it did not have to be an amazing acquisition.
I also hit Jay up for some guidance, he seems to know something about everything.
The watch arrived today, cost under $90, and was partially paid for with eBay bucks from my Seawolf purchase.
It is a GWM5600-1 Tough Solar with multi-band 5, etc., etc.
I am obviously going to have to read the manual as today is not the 14th.

I was able to change that with a bit of playing around, but the time was not correct.

Sooner or later, I will find the right band and the watch will mysteriously re-set itself (I hope).
It is a relatively small sized G-Shock, but has the features I want. From what I can see, many of the
larger versions have just about the same size display, and that was my primary concern.
If all goes according to plan, this one G-Shock is it, and I'm fine with that.
