That’s awesome thanks for sharing the photos. So what was your itinerary? Did you have any favorite ? People say Paris is very unsafe, how do you feel walking around the city?
Love this pictures, it’s a great experience doing to places that are so old with so much history. I want to travel abroad more.

We are doing a trip to Europe late summer. Can’t wait to visit “new” old places we are doing
France(hometown), on to Italy Amalfi then Naples, on to Santorini in Greece and maybe another island, then we will hit Hvar and Dubrovnik in Croatia, then we pick up mom & dad and head to the costa brava in spain then back to France.
Merde Alors! Et Vive Les Francais! :)

Thanks!
London > Paris > Marseille > Cannes > Nice > Monaco/Monte Carlo > Zurich > Heidelberg > Frankfurt > Wales

I only wore one watch for two weeks - the Ranger and no, I never felt unsafe and neither did my wife. I used a cross body bag and never had anything in my pockets. Walking, buses, trains, subways, etc we felt comfortable

I loved Nice, my wife, London

We fell in love with the outdoor eating and not having to drive to the grocery store, lol

Mike - the first few used stores were way overpriced but I still looked when I could. AD's were consistently very accommodating and nice.

and on a side note - I tried on a white dial speedmaster and that was a mistake

It was a lot of hit and run days and a lot of touristy things but we loved it and really want to go back and spend proper time in spots were loved and soak it in and add Italy, Ireland and Scotland to the itinerary......if/when we ever retire.

I think I brought 6 straps for the trip - enough for variety but not too much to make it cumbersome

Looks like a great trip. Got to travel a lot in the military but they teased you a lot in some countries Like I been to England but never left Heathrow airport and never left the airport in Amsterdam was only to transfer better when you do it on your own dime.

I loved the IWC sign, made me laugh.
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

Looks like a great trip Mike, you really got around. Our recent trip to Europe I also just took one watch, my Tudor FXD, and a few straps.

Great pics and looks like an awesome trip. Love Paris, and hopefully back over there later this year. J

Oh my gosh, that must have been THE best ! :excited: :)

And wow, you were all over the place too. :o Just as with watches,
it’s got to be tough saying which is most beautiful, or your favorite.
I have never been overseas, so your pictures make it feel as if I have.
I love how even though each country is different, that there is such
a wonderful feel there. Each country has a distinct personality that
is beautiful, and it seems like there is a lot of pride and tradition o
go along with the iconic landmarks, stores, cars, sites, and sounds
sir.

Thanks so very much for making it feel like we were with you !!!
