RZE's Trytanium Program

Post by mattcantwin » Sat Dec 28, 2024 11:44 am

RZE has instituted a "try before you buy" program; might give it a go.

In many instances, you will immediately know within the first few days (or even hours) whether or not you are going to vibe with a new watch. That said, it can sometimes take a bit longer to truly establish a horological connection, and RZE’s Trytanium program is a no-questions-asked return policy that gives buyers 14 days from the point of delivery to wear their new timepiece and experience it in the metal. RZE is entirely confident in the value and quality of its watches; however, if a lasting connection fails to develop during the “try before you buy” window, buyers have the option of sending the watch back at any point during this two-week trial period for a refund.

I had a couple of their watches and they definitely are well made, this new policy is also a very good action to establish their trust and reputation.

Wow, this is really cool Matt, like giving a car a test drive or something right? :excited: :)
It's a great way for getting a feel for a watch, but also for a watch company to
tell the truth, and I wonder if this will become a thing, or trend for a whole
bunch of companies in the future.

Let us know if you do give it a go. ;) And thanks a ton for the info of course !!!
