I'm seriously considering doing this myself next month.
It’s a great option and we are loving it. Just have a plan for what to do with your time. I watched my dad retire 4 times. His work identity was his life and he told me there was only so much golf, travel, and gardening you can do before you are bored. We worked hard our whole careers, but always kept outside interests. Having our little soap and candle side business gives us purpose and still allows time for play. Our new house in the country will also give us quite a few projects to focus on too. Two years for us and not even close to bored.

Congrats Andy, I hope you enjoy many years of retirement…well earned!

I’m not too far behind you, just one bad conversation away really!

Cheers!

I have a track day tomorrow in the Caterham at the stunning Brands Hatch GP circuit, then on Friday I set off for France for 10 days with 2 mates on the bikes.
Big congratulations Andy, now more pics of your track days & adventures are expected... All the best J
