New Nivada Grenchen Super Antarcticc Polar

Did you guys see the Nivada Grenchen Super Antarcticc Polar already?

Made a exclusively for Ace Jewelers of the Netherlands, this limited
edition has a 38mm case, white Polar dial, BOR bracelet, along with a
neat orange NATO, the Swiss automatic Soprod P024, and much more.

It looks nice. Lately white dials are growing on me. 50 pcs Ltd. Edt.? Wow! That is, indeed, very limited edition.

As with most white dials, this would be much better if the hands & markers were outlined in black.

nice..... Black and Tropic dials are real nice..... basic model reviews are hit/miss. The Soprod movement has given a few buyers some headaches.

There is something about these white dials right guys?! :)

Overall it’s just a a really great looking watch, and the limited edition
theme is definitely real with only 50 watches. But honestly, it just looked
cool to me, with the beads of rice being a neat twist too. Because I think
the regular Super Antarctic models don’t have them, or the special case
backs.

Either way, they are fun just to talk about with you guys, so thanks a
ton for joining the conversation !!!

I have a soft spot for Nivada watches - the general manager in the 60s and 70s was an avid diver who really wanted to make good quality divers at reasonable prices. For example, he was responsible for the Nivada Taravana (the name has something to do with polynesian pearl divers) that was rebadged as the ScubaPro 500.
