I just saw this one on the Longines website and it got me completely captivated I want one, no I NEED one! I`m already picturing it on a sand Nato or maybe an Olive one What do you guys think of this? I`ve found very little info on the net, but it`s a reproduction of some sort, very similar to the real thing. I just love the military looks of it

Missed opportunity I would say, date spoils it, sub dial way too high, should have used 6498 to get the position right.....

i dunno, would a 6498 even fit in there? i really dont think so.

i do agree, id prefer a no date, but the date does tell me its a throwback watch built for today's standards, which many times say a date is mandatory.

I`ll second that opinion I would really like a nice vintage piece, but still havent found anything that really sets of the sparks
