WUS member Flyingdoctor thinking out loud ahead of release:
Of course the other unknown at the minute is how limited is limited. Marei Era limited editions ran from 99 to 5000. If this new 600T is a100 LE priced at say $4999 I still don't think they will fly off the shelf but if they do it is almost half a million bucks in sales. If it is 300 LE at $1999 then they may all sell out faster and it is almost $600,000 in sales.
The price and LE numbers are key
EDIT Assuming I'm correct and it is Titanium, that also is a factor. Not everyone likes Titanium watches. That could influence the buying decision of potential customers. Then there is the Time and Tide association. Doxa fans like logos on the dial but there is a big difference between a USD or Project Aware logo and that of a blog / review site. Not really sure what Time and Tide is to be honest. I do like their logo though.

This guy chooses to see what he wants to see. Marei era had a few Limited Editions watches that were rereleased. They couldn't keep track of their own LE's.mattcantwin wrote: ↑Sat Aug 28, 2021 1:16 pmWUS member Flyingdoctor thinking out loud ahead of release:

Either way this price is a little tough. At $2500 it would be a decent release imo.

I like what I see and then saw the $4,999, not so interested at retail, maybe will be back in at a lower price
Re: Upcoming Time And Tide Doxa 600T Release
While I generally love Doxas with logos, that most definitely does not apply to website logos.

Honestly, the price is good for what it is and they did it right with no logos on the dial etc.

See logo on the back. All good. We can relax
Price is good given current 300t steel prices.
Very tempting though I’d have liked a bracelet.
Guessing non LE steel models will follow in the different color and with BOR.
This should sell well

Not bad, but that crown looks harder to manipulate than a Squale 1521 50 ATMOS crown.

Re: Upcoming Time And Tide Doxa 600T Release
Doesn’t look like it’ll have much clearance for straps/nato. I do like the no-date aspect.
Re: Upcoming Time And Tide Doxa 600T Release
Man, love, love the titanium, but that blue is a bit much. On the fence as well. If they redid a 750t case in TI I would be all over it, but not sure this blocky 40mm by 14.14mm design is my favorite.
Re: Upcoming Time And Tide Doxa 600T Release
This would be a nato watch for me.
Man, I am also on the fence. The blue is bright. I mean bright. And on the strap, maybe too much.
Well, it does get the upcoming summer for Australia. We get it in the fall/winter. I wonder if this would have changed for me if it was available last spring for summer delivery.
