Totally agree. Drove past it today, just sitting there under a tree on the street... The Owner has kept the maintenance in the past 5 years, at one stage it was looking really worse for wear. This guy won't sell as my bro in-law had approached him. Makes nice street eye candy.

Those are actual pavers. We did a total backyard renovation, and had the pavers run from the front of the house all the way to the back.

The Defender looks much better in the metal than the initial images that were released.

To me it feels closer to an iteration of the Discovery than to the Defender.

Having owned two (2) Defenders 90’s ; ‘92 and ‘94 and also (2) Discoveries and now own a new Defender 110, I disagree that it has anything to do with a Discovery. The new 110 and incoming 90, the latter a little better interpretation of the original, both are unique amongst themselves. Like all re-born models of the “originals”, there really is nothing like the classic originals. I think Land Rover did a great job with their re-invention of the Defenders...the simple interior really comes closest to the originals and the back of the vehicle reminiscent of the design intent. Though for some..just not their cup of tea
