Re: New “Ed White” Speedmaster
I'm with you Joe. I have never "got" the Daytona lust. I get the love for Rolex divers, but the Daytona has always looked cheap and blingy to me and the Speedmaster is much more classic looking at a fraction of the cost.Joeprez wrote: ↑Wed Jan 08, 2020 10:36 amNot the Daytona. I've tried the watch (but never owned one) and still do not understand why it costs 10k (used to costjimyritz wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2020 11:11 amI love it but like others too pricey for me.
Here's my question-
you have 13K and you walk into a respective AD, there's a stainless Daytona and this Speedy which one you buying?
I've personally owned 4 different Speedies and at this point all have been sold-
Mike). And yes, it even looks small on my wrist.

I love this watch but not the price!
I think ^^THAT^^ should be my signature in these recent years of collecting.

Love it but at that price I'd just enjoy my 57 or any other Speedy as they all look the same to me anyway for the most part. I know, I know.
