They seem to reference an anime (Japanese cartoon) called JoJo's Bizarre Adventure which is indeed bizarre and features a lot of characters with garish, almost experimental clothing.

My first reaction was the universal WTF! But, if they are a tie in to a 25 year show that is apparently hugely popular, then I believe it’s a good thing. At least they don’t take themselves seriously - as compared to someone wearing an Omega that says 007 on it while purporting to be a secret agent.
