Saw the first 3 and love it. I’m a Preacher fan, also written by Ennis.

I watched the season and thought it was clever. It would be in my top ten fav series, maybe in the 9th or 10th spot...

I enjoyed it. Terry thought it was about something else.

Loved it. Dark but hilarious. Definitely not one to watch with the kids though

or the wife; unless she appreciates something like this.
Lost count of how many times she's asked, "How can you watch that crap?"

Superheroes are real and all work for a major corporation. They’re all narcissistic a$holes, drunks, and druggies worries about their own fame and fortune. There’s a group of regular people that have been wronged by the supes and are trying to take them down. Lots of blood, guts, sex, and violence sprinkled in with some hilarious dark humor.

So I went ahead and watched S1E1 because of DWC.
Well that was entertaining. Ended up watching until the end. Wow, I liked it. Will there be a season 2?
Was that wrong? Should I not have done that?

Don't listen to this dude. It's about big hairy gay men.

It's great that they shifted the "evil" more onto the corporation than characters like Homelander doing insanely disgusting and depraved acts like in the comic, this is one instance where the show is actually better than the comic IMO. Doesn't help that in the comic, Homalander eats babies.
