Sarraff Watchmaker - Good People!

I know Tom has spoken highly of Ramsy Sarraff in downtown Miami. I found him a little over a year ago after doing a search here for a place to send my Sub for service. He did the service and the watch returned looking and working like new. He really did a great job. Fast forward to this past Sunday. I got put and don't was going to wear my Sub to dinner. Took it our of my new Toxic Watch Roll (good stuff) and it didn't work. Freaked out a bit for a whole bunch of reasons, not the least of which was that I wanted to wear it during my daughter's wedding this Sunday. I contacted Ramsy on Monday morning and brought the watch to him during the day. He took a look and the mainspring was broken. I told him that I was leaving for the wedding on Thursday, and whether there was a chance I could have it for the wedding. He didn't have a mainspring for the watch in stock and Rolex said Friday was the earliest they would get it to him. He ended up getting one from a friend in the business and the watch was ready for pick up yesterday afternoon. I picked it up today and asked him to put the bracelet back on. Not only did he do that (I could have but I figured I was there so...). He lightly polished it up and the watch looks new again. The price for the repair was very reasonable. He is a really good guy and if anyone needs some watch work, do not hesitate to send it to Ramsy.
