Probably for the best. I definitely suffer from "something shiny syndrome". My only defense against these $500 micros is to remember they actually represent 1/6 the cost of a Black Bay.

Coming into a dark room from regular exposure its OK..its that pale yellow tone? Applied quite evenly on the dial and bezel - to me thats important.
There is a bezel pip so gotta see how that one is applied later.

Its no seiko but probably adequate for a glance in the dark at 3am and not lose your way.
Will mess around with some flashlight exposure tmr.

Next to your no date sub and BP is probably a good comparison as I have owned or worn both. Too bad the first 100 of the vintage are gone. I suspect the next 50 might be put up or are they all gone?

Vintage being sold out I am trying the bead blasted model. Don't have a bb case so why not. But if I like the watch case and size I'll likely grab the vintage later and sell this one.
