What it means is that the strap extends straight out from the lugs before it begins to curve down and will leave a gap between the strap and your wrist if your wrist isn't large enough. I briefly tried one on the vintage 300 I used to have and I didn't like the gap so I went back to an Isofrane.Chocodove wrote:Just be warned on that strap, Doxa indicated on WUS that it's best for medium to large wrists due to a metal reinforcement at the lugs. I have no idea what that means other than I'm not trying it on my 6.5" wrist. Sucks since it looks great.
Makes sense. Too bad.logan2z wrote:What it means is that the strap flares straight out from the lugs and will leave a gap between the strap and your wrist if your wrist isn't large enough. Your welcome, it is a nice strap for sure. And I think it would rock on the 300.BBK357 wrote:^^

I agree. I have it, but it is really thick and overpowers the 300.demer03 wrote:Do NOT buy the vintage rubber from doxa. Hard plastic....not worth it.

Had that one as well and like said above it never really fit well. It was very hard to get on the watch, and then bowed way out from the wrist. It was more comfortable than the thicker vintage strap, but I liked it more in theory than I ever did on the wrist. I know I have some pics of it on the wrist, but they are from years ago. Will post if I can find them.BBK357 wrote:demer03 wrote:Do NOT buy the vintage rubber from doxa. Hard plastic....not worth it.
What about the first doxa rubber I asked about? Have you tried that one?

Edit, found a couple on my long-gone 600t from probably 7 or 8 years ago..
That would be great, thanks!RALAustin wrote:600t is closer in size to the 300 and 300t. Will take some pics next to the 300, 600t and 750t for comparison.
