Seiko Shogun hand ideas??? Thoughts

Post by toxicavenger » Fri Mar 18, 2016 8:11 pm

I am thinking about some different hands on the Shogun since the midget hour hand is bugging me. Seiko MM hands are not an option since the minute hand in the package is a stubby.

So I am thinking either Sumo hands, Seiko Brightz hands or Seiko GS diver hands. If someone could photoshop them that would be great, I am not skilled enough for that. :crybaby:

Here is a pic of when some modded the GS hands to go on a Sumo. And a pic of the Shogun.

I also like it stock, but a blue dial with GS hands (as shown) would be stellar.

+1, you'll miss the rocket shape.
But if modding, I vote for GS hands.

Brightz hands look sweet. But Dwarf Hands are ultra rare. $5k plus if you find the right buyer.

Sound advice. Before I got mine I was sure I was going to change the hands, but they have really grown on me.

That minute hand looks short.

SBGE001 hands might look cool if you could find them.

That is pretty hot. Was it hard to source those hands? Minute hand is a tad short, but longer than the MM300 hands.

Nicely done. Love that hour hand.
