And all the sudden it's here.

I've sized a lot of Seiko bracelets over the years but this one is a PITA. So there's collars on the outside of this bracelet and not tucked inside. Wtf?! Why did they do that? Are there instructions for this bracelet somewhere?

I'm sure somewhere on the webz but don't expect to find any help in the box. ;) I told you those pins/collars were a bitch!

But the collar is usually tucked on one side of the center links causing a pressure fit, not on the outter most end of the link requiring you to have three hands. When did they start doing this?

That's disappointing to hear they are on the outer links. This is just like the old Monster bracelets from way back. Last few I've done were in the center link and so much easier to work with.

Oh I got the pins out no problem.

The tricky part is putting them back in. I lost my temper and put it on Nato.

EDIT: I get the idea. I just need something to fill out the hole while I push from the other side. :stir:

Has anybody else noticed that the 777 and 775 bought in the US have mov't JAPAN written on dial while others have only the movement number on it. Maybe this and the language wheel is what differs a J model from a K model. Just saying.

Well if that's the case I wonder if we'll ever see the blue or Pepsi sold here?

Yeah hoppy and I were discussing his earlier in the thread.
America's market have the Japan dial and Spanish/English date wheel.

New Prospex divers to be released in 2016...

Post by Jeep99dad » Sun Jan 17, 2016 11:15 am

Next to the 44mm Alpiner GMT 4. Such different deign and shows that specs on paper aren't everything.
Seiko wears smaller and shorter thanks to its cushion case deign and smaller dial/bezel diameter. Plus a shorter L2L

Sorry for the poor quality indoor pics.
