Just recently saw these, how about you guys?

It’s Vaer’s R1 USA Chronograph along with R1 Tactical with their
40mm stainless steel or PVD coated steel cases, cream or black
dials with cool sub-dials, the Seiko VK63 mecaquartz movement,
plus neat straps along with bracelets.
