Tactical Frog Ti
I know this has been discussed here before but the new V4s are back in stock. Anyone have one? Worth owning?

I agree. I’m not a homage guy, but a Ti diver for $200 is pretty cool.ezcheese wrote:Pretty cool looking tudor homage!

How much quality control can you really expect on a Chinese ripoff with a frog. You get what your paying for with these.justsellbrgs wrote:Did they fix the QC issues?

Re: Tactical Frog Ti
Every time I see one of these (blatant "almost" copies of Tudor, Doxa, Seiko MM, etc) the only thing I think is intellectual property ripoff/close-to-replica. Definition of hard pass.

I’m not sure how I feel about this. I kinda feel cheap. But suprised good on the other hand.
If only there was no logo it would be better.
But I had to try. Worst case is a spare seiko movement and a strap.
And I previously had the Tudor fxd.
But for 199….

I've had the urge to pick one of these up as a fun beater, but I've just come to the realization I never really wear them and the $200 is wasted.

I've got one incoming, found it on eBay really cheap and in the UK. I'll give it a go as I'm getting less and less inclined to wear my £1000-£2000 watches to work, having one suffer a bash a while ago.

Re: Tactical Frog Ti
Well, it arrived and have to agree it's beyond homage, not that I've ever seen a Tudor Pelagos or any other Tudor for real.
I'd made a decision I would sell off most of my watches sooner or later and buy either a BB58 or Pelagos as my final watch. If nothing else, this one has made me sure it's definitely a Tudor I want. As for this one, it's cheap, it's reasonable quality for the price and makes a nice beater.
Legibility is my thing and this has it. Not sure I like fixed lugs though.
