Looking For opinions On The Nezumi Voiture Chronograph

Has anyone owned the quartz version of the Nezumi Voiture Chronograph?

I like the design; wonder what people think about it.



SPECIFICATION


Assembled in Germany
VK63 mecha-quartz hybrid movement by Seiko
Fixed bezel with a satin aluminum bezel insert and a Tachymetre ( Tachymeter ) scale
Lumed indices, hour, minute and chronograph hand
Double domed genuine sapphire crystal with AR ( anti reflective ) coating on the inside
Polished and brushed 316L Stainless Steel case
Diameter: 40mm excluding crown
Case height: 11.25mm (+1.75mm domed glass)
Lug to lug: 47mm
Lug width: 20mm
Push down crown with trademark N branding
Screw on machined case back with branding
Water resistant to 5 ATM ( 50 meters )
Vegetable tanned leather rally strap with a branded polished buckle

Looks cool, and I would imagine a Seiko Quartz movement would be good to go. Go ahead and do it! :bananastoner:

Matt ---- yes I have. nice, but dial/hands are tough to read...

I had the OG model. Wasn’t anything special.
They let watches with typo on the dial thru QC out to customers.

I remember that. I reviewed the original about 8 years ago now.
In fairness though, Christopher Ward put out that super compressor with the words being off center on the dial, and that was a much more expensive watch. Every brand has hiccups.

Man I wish folks would use a VK63, which I think is a great movement, but leave out the goofy 24 hour subdial. Oh well.

Hey Matt here you go….. I like it. Seems to be well made and the colors are great. Lume is there but pretty weak. It is almost illegible though in terms of telling the time. I’ve got to get my wrist at just the right angle to create enough contrast to be able to see the hands. Doesn’t find its way on wrist very often because of that.
