Christopher Ward C63 Colchester Boasts A Popout Crown

Post by mattcantwin » Thu Nov 18, 2021 12:46 pm

I don't recall seeing a pop-out crown before.

Hidden crown:

The C63 Colchester boasts a popout crown – adding comfort and maintaining the case’s silhouette. When you want to adjust your watch, just push it. When you’re done – press it back in. Magical.

I like it. Also nice is the C65 Dartmouth for about a grand.

Loving the tenuous links that watch makers come up with these days to sell a watch. 2 & 3 Para are based in Colchester and the Maroon second hand on the watch matches the Parachute Regiments berets.
The Dartmouth may have been better named the Portsmouth as that's the home of the British Navy. Back to the watches, the Colchester isn't my cup of tea but I really like the blue Dartmouth. If only I could get over my hatred of Christopher Ward being on their dials I'd buy that one.
