Has anyone had a chance to see WT Author's latest watches?
The UK based company has some really eye-catching models. Including
the No. 1968 Automatic, which symbolizing that year in motor racing. As
well as the No. 1973, which was the year the G10 NATO strap was issued
by the British Ministry of Defense.
Both watches have some cool colorful dials, 100m WR for the No. 1968,
and 200m WR for the No. 1973, sapphire crystals, nice diver's bezels,
anodised aluminum crowns, Miyota 8217, or 9015 automtic movements,
plus the Ronda caliber 513S quartz movement, stainless steel bracelets,
NATO straps, and neat handmade leather straps.
Just a few pics...

Eye catching for sure
Seems like the manufacturer was offering an extra colour for free that week
I guess we complain about many watches looking similar so we should be greatfull this type of thing turns up

Sorry guys, I think maybe I got caught up in looking for something different,
and maybe something that had a summer vibe. To be totally honest, I think
they are pretty great. And there are a few more subtle variations with black,
dark blue, and silver dials which are nice, and maybe not as vibrant.
Want to thank all of you just for looking, as well as for being so honest !!!

I'm all for colourful watches but something just isn't right about those ones. Some of the colours just don't go well together, maybe too many colours
Thanks for bringing us something new to look at though Tom.

I like the green dialed 1968 version.
