Reiser Watch's Alpen

Post by AtomicTom » Fri May 28, 2021 10:29 am

Guys, have you by chance heard of Reiser Watches?

The company based in Germany, has two new watches in the Alpen Date,
and Alpen Chrono with details like a 41mm stainless steel octagonal cases,
50m WR, sapphire crystals, sectioned textured sunray dials, or all sunray
dials with SLN coated hands, and markers, integrated stainless steel bracelets,
and nice leather, or rubber straps, plus Seiko NH35 automatic, or Miyota 0S10
quartz movements as well.

Check them out... ...

I don't dislike it...but the proprietary lugs don't thrill me.

3 hander version isn’t bad looking. I question “German Made” for under $600 though.

Hands feel a little stubby but no doubt due to the squarish dial.

I like it, however yes the lugs are unfortunate. Maybe not too bad if the rubber strap is nice. I think I would prefer the chrono version. Thank you, Tom.

Kinda cool. Reminds me of the new squarish B&Rs.

:) it's funny, I hadn't actually noticed the B&R vibe, or Nautilus feel, but
now am totally seeing it you guys.

Actually think I just got caught up in the watch not looking like every other
watch, and got hypnotized by the neat dial texture. It just looks like a fun
watch with a nod to watches from years back. But without being a redo, or
re-issue. ..And the prices aren't terrible it seems either come to think of it.

Something a little bit different. ..Want to thank YOU guys just for looking,
as well as for sharing your thoughts !!!
