Guys, did you have time to see these new Vaer D Series Divers already?
The watches have details like 39mm stainless steel cases, 200M WR, double
domed sapphire crystals, divers bezels, along with a fleet of dials with SLN X1
C1 coated hands, and markers, and the Miyota 9015. Then on top of that, you
have stainless steel bracelets, Tropic style, leather, and NATO straps as well.
A few pictures everyone...
W&W, and Vaer Watches with a lot more for you...

Re: Vaer Watch's D Series Divers
Decent looking --- here's my experience > I was drawn to the VAER Field models, especially the quartz watches - C5. I picked up a green dial on trade forums for cheap. Then I preordered the C5 White Dial Field watch.
The C5 took a little longer than expected to arrive from preorder....(no big deal as I have preordered with YAO, I know long lead times).
The first C5 I got had a crooked dial.... sent it back.
The replacement --- had a crooked dial. not as bad but off.
Finally got the 3rd and it's okay.
I wonder if these micros are checking watches before they leave. The first one I got was very obvious. Quick glance and you could tell.
I also have read several of the same issues with the Boldr Field watches.

That's one of the rougher case finishes I've seen in promo pics. It looks like a bad scotch brite job.

You guys are right, I wonder if they actually do check things enough before taking
pictures of them. Or at least when sending them to customers like you John.
I mean I was going to say, that maybe it was just because they were prototypes,
or the first watches made in pictures. But then it sounds like there actually are
issues with watches sent out.
At least you stuck with it John, and on the third strike, you hit a home run there !
Want to thank you guys for your thoughts on these. Thanks very very much !!!
