Re: Looks like anew offering from Scurfa soon
Been following this, too.
Paul posted initial treasure Seeker specs:
The Treasure Seeker is a new design unlike any other Scurfa model, I’m looking at a high quality brushed and polished finish.
Case size 41mm x 49mm and 13mm thick
Bumper bar case
Grade A Superluminova
300m ~ 1000ft
Ceramic bezel insert
Automatic movement
Sapphire Crystal, slight dome rounded sides
Five piece bracelet with folding clasp
Dial colours;
Black dial, polished hands with a touch of red
Yellow dial, gloss black hands and markers
Orange dial, gloss black hands and markers
White dial, gloss black hands and markers
Dark blue, brushed hands, markers and matching insert
Hydro blue with polished hands, markers and matching insert,
I will post some illustrations when I have confirmation that what I have requested works together without any changes.

Of course not. Don't be foolish.

Paul's response to that question:
We have bumper bars around the ship, they are used to bang things into on the back deck and to knock the diving bell into its correct location, the case shape I’ve come up with reminded me of them.

Is it something like these "bullbars" for G-Shock?

I’m at a loss what Paul means. Sounds like a trade term.gonzomantis wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2020 1:49 pmIs it something like these "bullbars" for G-Shock?

Yowza, that is incredible Terry ! It pays tribute to classic dive watch
case-backs, but then is unlike any actual case-back have seen. It's gorgeous !
Paul does it again ! Thanks so much for the heads up T !!!

It's a shame it has a Miyota mov't. If he offers a Ronda, I'm in.

Hoping that 41mm case diameter is from 10 to 4.

A cheap placeholder for the white Seamaster I can’t afford right now.dukerules wrote:Love this white one.

Going to need to see real world pictures to decide if it kicks the King Samurai out of consideration.

Cool- I'd leave "Treasure Seeker" on the back.

Re: Looks like a new offering from Scurfa soon
i heard this also. honestly it would be crazy to use a new model movement. way to much room for error. i would stick with the miyota first.mattcantwin wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 1:25 pmPaul explained the choice of movement.
It’s the Miyota 9015, we are finding them reliable, I was holding out for the new Ronda Auto
but they decided to hold back on the release date...
