Solar tuna question

Post by Henryj » Fri Dec 04, 2020 10:59 am

Depending on where I look, I see 47mm or 42.7 mm for case size. Can anyone enlighten me on this?
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

Maybe these pictures against a SKX will help. I don't have calipers, but 47mm in width sounds correct, although I don't think it wears large by no means.ImageImageImage

Maybe 42.7mm without shroud and 47mm with?

Thanks, guys. I was mistaken, the watch I was looking at is a different series, STBR023. Saw it on Seiya, thought it was part of the solar tuna family.

Tuna's are a special beast. I hate bigger watches and yet still frequently wear my SBBN015. Something about the lugless design just makes them work.
