With lugs like those I bet that 38.5mm still close to 50mm lug to lug.

Proportionally I think the lugs are a little wide, which makes them look longer than they are.

Blue version would be a great grab n go summer watch on a Nato.

It looks awkward to me, but I still want one because I want a quartz grab and go in a very wearable size.

I love Tunas, but every time I buy one I end up flipping it because of the size. Doesn't mean I won't try it again though..

The matte blue is very hot. There's a matte black dial in Ti, also. I'm biased toward the OG Seiko dial, though.

At this point, it must be asked just how many different dive watches can one company produce?

One would think given all of the dive watches GS produces, they would make at least one sub 44mm. I get excited every time I see a new one but then see the size/thickness....

If they would make this in 40-41mm I would take it in a hearbeat over a sub. I find it far more interesting.

I love how that looks. In case anyone doesn't know, it's just under 44mm. That dude's wrist looks pretty slim, but I think the GS is deceptively small in that picture.

I’ve tried on a GS diver. Beautiful watch, but huge.

It wasn’t that huge.

I’ve had that GS since 2016. If this hi beat is like the spring drive, it wears low and much better balanced than an MM300, PO, etc.
