This should pair nicely with my 029 coming later this month.
Two Tunas are better than one.

Ordered the 035 a few days ago. Loved the size of the 015 and looks of the Darth. Think this one will be a good mix of the two.

I have trouble paying that much for quartz. I know it's super special Seiko Quartz, but still.

Another reason I just picked up an 015. $768.

I'd take a $900 Quartz Seiko over an automatic micro at half the price.

Like.

Rahul, you really need to handle a Tuna to appreciate one. Movement aside, the build quality justifies the cost. I felt the same way till I tried one.

Tunas aside, I'd rather have a HAQ than a poorly regulated ETA any day. Damn this "soul" business. It's tantamount to religious beliefs.

Got my 017 for a few bucks over 600 and that was still a hard pill to swallow for Quartz but as Jeff says, you won't "get it" until you own one.

I'm too wondering if I should jump on the blue Tuna but my guess is they won't go lower than retail price for a few years just like the OG Tunas

Regarding retail price - the yen is so cheap versus the dollar, it's like an automatic discount.

I paid about $1100 for my 015 new -Years ago. I still don't regret it. Tuna is a quality hunk of watch.

Love my 015 too. I'm not sold on the blue just yet as all pictures out there are terrible. Are you guys seeing some better shots than the rakuten and seiko shots?

I honestly can't say whether I prefer the 015 or 017 at this point. Love both and have the 017 right now. Still dreaming of the 037 though. It's just perfect with that blue strap, then again I've never cared for bracelets in general. Even as good as the Tuna bracelet is I never cared to use it much.

Haven't read it anywhere but I'm going to assume the 037 has a domed crystal?

I don't think the crystal has changed for the new models from the shots I've seen. Should be domed.

Rakuten is saying the 035 has sapphire. Not sure how much you can rely on that.

Begin WUS type question:

I would imagine the 037 also has a kanji date wheel?
