Wish it was ceramic shroud like the quartz one. It'll probably scratch pretty easily being Ti with PVD

Doubt you'll scratch it. That black stuff Seiko uses is pretty tough.

I've searched high and low and can't find it again - but someone on WUS took their emperor tuna and had the black coating stripped leaving a beautiful naked Ti case. If I had one that is exactly what id do.

I think you're talking about the guy who had some weird electronic coating applied to it. It was sweet
