Nice ink, looks like your department is not too concerned with tattoos. I know the Detroit Police Department is not especially fond of ink below the elbow. Its got to be a Canadian thing where you guys don't sweat the small stuff.

The Dept. created a policy years ago that stated, 30% of skin on any given body part must be vacant. Also, no ink from the collar line up, or on hands.
A new policy is being written right now and it is based more on content.
It's 2013, no one is scared of tattoos anymore! ;)
