Grand Opening of Our New Business

Post by BacoNoir » Sat Apr 01, 2023 11:22 am

My wife and I have just started a new business called Simply Noble Ltd. (www.simplynoble.net). We are making handcrafted soaps and soy candles / wax melts.

In our “Specialty Soap” collection, we have a Shave Bar that has almost completely eliminated razor burn for me, and a Beard Bar that is so conditioning that I rarely use beard oil anymore. I say rarely, because when my beard gets long, I do use a little beard oil, but when it's short, I don't find it necessary any longer. We also have a Dirty Hands bar that has some dried orange peal in it that is great at cutting grease and dirt. There are plenty of other products on the site too.

For our Grand Opening, we are doing 20% off all regularly priced items with the code GRAND20 through April 7th. Please check out the new website and we would greatly appreciate it if you would help us spread the word by sharing this with your friends and family on social media too.

Thanks everyone!

Thanks everyone. We’d appreciate honest feedback if you buy our products. They’ve been developed over the last 3 years with input from friends, but we know there’s always room for improvement or new varieties.

My wife loves candles. I know nothing about them. What’s a soy candle?

Most commercial candles are made with paraffin wax, which is a petroleum based product. Soy wax is a cleaner burning wax wax made from soybean oil. Our blog post below goes into more detail on the differences.

I’m not one for ‘artisanal’ soaps at ridiculous prices. These are not them. I’m more the Trader Joe’s type.
The soap is really nice, and the shave bar provides a better shave than the Harry’s or Dollar Shave Club foams. The price is certainly right for the quality and I will be repurchasing.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I use to get huge razor burn patches on both cheeks before I started using the shave bar even after trying foams, gels, and pre-heating my facial hair by shaving in the shower. Nothing worked until I switched to the shave bar. I can’t say exactly what it does to prevent the razor burn, but I no longer worry about getting it anymore. Occasionally, I’ll get a small patch 10-15% of the size I use to but more time, it none.

I use little to no beard oil anymore and just wash my beard with the beard bar instead.

I was never a bar soap person before she started making these, and now I love them. The lather is great and they rinse clean. The scents are light, but also rinse away.

One of my favorite things about all these products is the lack of waste. No more plastic bottles going into the landfills.

TODAY is the Final Day for 20% off first purchases with the the GRAND20 coupon code, BUT I’ve also added a DWC10 coupon code in for the BODs for 10% off for the future.
