Fedex brought it to me today.. Extremely comfortable on my wrist

Another.. Strap is soft and contours the wrist nicely. I think the band is a little longer too. I have had G-Shocks for 35+ years and this one takes the cake.

It is configurable, what drew me to the watch was the ability to have the large display with my old eyes. Alsoni wanted the step counter of all things. This one though is much better to me in person. The band is a little long than all my other gshocks, a little more flexible and very comfortable. Fit and finish is really good as well. Didn't think I would like as much as I do.
