Screwbar width?
Does anyone with a CD-2 know the dimensions of the screw bars? I was going to get a Panerai-style spring bar replacement for the screw bar if possible. I don’t have calipers or any real way to accurately measure it.
Or if someone already knows what I should order and save the middleman, I’d greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!

If they are the same on the CD-1 I can measure for you or just shoot a pm to Terry, he probably knows off hand. Or email Todd.

They are not the same. The CD2 uses a screw bar that is threaded on one end. The CD1 has heads on each end that are larger.tattoo chef wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2019 4:27 amIf they are the same on the CD-1 I can measure for you or just shoot a pm to Terry, he probably knows off hand. Or email Todd.

Re: Screwbar width?
Terry should I just send you a bar? Would love to do a springbar on this one. Having a customized screwbar makes me nervous, you know?

Re: Screwbar width?
just email Todd at info@aegirinstruments.com for the specs.
He's super responsive. I emailed him late yesterday my time and woke up to multiple replies from him with more info than I had requested.

Good idea!
The overall length is 29.1mm. One side is threaded and a smaller diameter of 1.6mm. The unthreaded side is wider at 1.9mm.
Love the CD-2 and Todd is still killing it with the assistance. Thank you again, Todd!
