Todd me he had to bore out the stock Isofranes to work.

That smells like a mistake was made. I'll compare my Aegir Iso to a 22mm tonight.

He said he did it to make the screws line up easier if recall. I could get the canvas straps to work but it took a little time to center it.

I had to go get this out. I never had an issue with a single strap.

What I usually do is hang the strap down like this then after it’s tight I put it on. No issues. I have had to add a drop of water on a screw once.

The first is a canvas I got from Roger and the other a new 111 strap.





Looking at what you said, the Aegir one is on top a new isofrane under it.

Just let it hang as you strap it up. No issues.
