As a big PAM fan, I'm glad to see they seem to have some sort of firm direction again. The brand felt quite lost for a while after the boom years ended.

I really liked what they did with the submersibles last year. Looking forward to the year of the Luminor. Although 44 new models seems a lot of new number codes to remember...

No brand needs 40+ new models. They’re losing focus of the brand and becoming another Invicta but priced 9,999 higher.

Agreed. Love Rolex or hate them, they are doing something right.

I'd rather see 2 or 3 very well designed new models release per year than dozens.

I was originally going to wonder if those 44 models were simply variations on a consistent theme (i.e. dial color), but PAM's (at least to me) don't lend themselves to a broad pallet of dial colors the way a brand like Seiko does.

They need to fix the mess they made of the standard Luminor models. Snap on back and spring bars on a Panerai is unacceptable.

This was a huge turn off when I got mine. I could deal with the spring bars but let’s not cut it to 100m of WR. Still kept it bc of sentimental value and wear it all the time.

If one of those 44 models isn’t a 44mm Sub rated to 1000m, someone should be fired. Chris is spot on; the DUE line should be burned in effigy.
