Both killer deals from a top-notch Risti, and throw the included plexi on the 232 and it's pretty much my favorite Rad ever.

372 prices are dropping like crazy as all the slim wristed Risti realize it is just too damn big for them.

I want a 372 pretty badly. Need to wait for the end of the year though, the MIH might be a quick flip.

9000 usd on a fully polished plexiglassED timepiece seems all HYPE no matter which way I look at it .. I adore so many Panerai including the looks of 372 ..
But still very hard to digest IMO.

The hype lies with the contention that somehow a sapphire crystal costs mega-bux next to a plexiglas one (they're both cheap), and that plexi will scratch if you so much as look at it funny. Seriously, the crystal on my 372 is still pristine, which is saying something considering how I wear my watches. Mind you, I don't mind some hairlines since they add to the overall vintage vibe -- which is the point of this piece, btw -- but should it ever get to be too much, a minute with the ol' Polywatch brings it back to new. Oh, and let's not forget that there's a spare crystal lurking in the box if you really mangle it (never mind that a blow hard enough to gouge/crack plexi would mank up a sapphire, too).

Adam
PS - Shorty, let's not forget the flippers who forgot to read the fine print and thought they were buying an SE. As soon as the O-series was announced, the prices really started to drop.

Well, the list price on 312s, 359s, and 351s is now north of $8K, and the PAM 305 is over $10K (!), so my favorite (accessible) PAM for that money seems reasonable to me. OP don't like to give away watches, for some reason. Still, when you can buy an AP RO for about the same money used as some of these PAMs, it really does make you wonder. BTW, I love plexi, and I love an all-polished case; those two attributes are only pluses for me.
